Ashley Pallie is the executive director of undergraduate admissions and chief admissions officer at the California Institute of Technology (Caltech) in Pasadena, Calif. She graduated from Scripps College and earned her Master of Business Administration from the Drucker School of Management at Claremont Graduate University. With 17 years of experience in college admissions, Pallie has expertise in diversity, equity, and inclusion, with a particular passion for helping institutions achieve their diversity enrollment goals while aligning with policy and legal compliance. Prior to working at Caltech, Pallie was the director of recruitment at Pomona College for nearly seven years and associate director of admissions at Scripps College for six years.
