Mahmoud Harding is the instructional design director for Data Science 4 Everyone (DS4E), a national initiative and coalition based at the University of Chicago. Prior to joining DS4E, Harding worked at the North Carolina School of Science and Mathematics as an instructor of mathematics and as the co-developer of the data science program. In addition to his experience in K–12 education, Harding has taught university courses in mathematics in the Middle East and in data science at North Carolina State University.
