Francesca was Just Equations’ first math educator in residence, serving in the role from June 2020 to June 2022. As a career educator with a diverse range of experiences and a passion for social justice, she has served as a researcher, high school math teacher, vice principal, curriculum designer, and education consultant. She was a co-author of Just Equations’ 2021 report with California Education Learning Lab, Charting a New Course: Investigating Barriers on the Calculus Pathway to STEM.
